Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at support@smartledbite.co.uk with your order number. We will assist you in tracking the shipment and resolving any issues. Lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some countries may have restrictions on importing certain electronic products—please ensure your country allows the import of holographic LED display devices before ordering.
