Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products not due to manufacturing faults

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Custom-branded or personalized items unless defective

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@smartledbite.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or incorrect: We will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

 

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@smartledbite.co.uk.

 


7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not working as expected:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video of the issue

  • We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue
